Welcome to BrightWin — your trusted companion for competitive exam success. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to mock tests, daily quizzes, study materials, performance analytics, and all features of our mobile application and platform. By using BrightWin, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or accessing the BrightWin App (including features like mock tests, daily quizzes, performance tracking, and study materials), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For premium features, valid identification may be required.
• Provide accurate information during registration (name, email, phone, education level). You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Students can attempt mock tests, solve daily quizzes, track progress, and access study materials across multiple subjects.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. BrightWin reserves the right to suspend accounts violating fair use or community guidelines.

3. Core Platform Services

BrightWin provides:

• 📚 Mock Tests – Full-length tests designed by subject matter experts across multiple exam categories including TNPSC, NEET, JEE, SSC, Banking, and Group exams.
• 📝 Daily Quizzes – Practice daily with new questions, earn points, and track your improvement over time.
• 📊 Performance Analytics – Detailed insights into your strengths, weaknesses, and progress across subjects.
• 🏆 Leaderboard & Rewards – Compete with thousands of aspirants, earn points, and unlock achievements.
• 🌐 Multi-Language Support – Learn in your preferred language including Tamil, English, Hindi, and more.

4. Exam Rules & Code of Conduct

Users who attempt mock tests and quizzes must follow fair practice guidelines. Any manipulation of scores, use of unfair means, or harassment of other users will result in immediate account suspension. BrightWin acts as a neutral facilitator — we do not guarantee exam outcomes but will investigate reported violations.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• BrightWin offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans include unlimited mock tests, detailed analytics, and personalized learning paths.
• Payments are processed through secure gateways (UPI, cards, wallets). BrightWin does not store full card details.
• Subscription prices are shown in INR including applicable taxes. Subscription renewals are auto-renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds for subscription cancellations are processed on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused period.

6. Performance Data & Accuracy

BrightWin generates performance analytics based on user responses to questions and tests. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% error-free data. For critical decisions, users should verify their performance independently. We are not liable for minor discrepancies.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post (study notes, reviews, feedback). However, by uploading to BrightWin, you grant us a royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute such content within the app. BrightWin's logo, UI design, and trademarks may not be used without written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Impersonating another person or organization, or submitting false information.
• Using bots or scripts to manipulate scores, leaderboard rankings, or reviews.
• Attempting to hack, decompile, or disrupt the BrightWin platform.
• Sharing premium account access with unauthorized users.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

For subscription cancellations: Users can cancel their subscription anytime from account settings. Refunds for unused subscription periods will be processed on a pro-rata basis. For one-time test purchases: refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the test has not been attempted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightWin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, exam performance issues, or platform downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 3 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrightWin, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy (linked within the app) for information on how we collect and use personal data like performance metrics, device ID, and learning history. By using BrightWin you consent to data processing as described.

13. Modification of Terms

BrightWin may update these Terms periodically (e.g., feature additions, legal requirements). We will notify users via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with modifications, you may delete your account within 30 days.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or BrightWin services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
